Milodomain.com helps individuals and businesses recover expired .fr domain names through a public auction procedure aligned with AFNIC rules. Our promise: everything we do is educational, transparent and verifiable — no jargon, no grey areas.

Our mission

Every day, thousands of .fr domain names expire and become available again at AFNIC. Many of them have real value: residual traffic, quality backlinks, age, brand recognition. Our role is simple: make them accessible to everyone, not just to a handful of insiders. We do this through public auctions, with reasonable starting prices, a detailed listing for each domain, and an automatic refund procedure if the capture fails.

Our team

Milodomain is run by a small French team: engineers in charge of the platform and the infrastructure, and a dedicated contact for questions related to AFNIC rules and compliance. All technical and legal decisions are taken in France; customer support replies from Paris.

We deliberately keep a small team to maintain quality of service and quick processing — it is one of our transparency commitments.

Our approach — what makes us different

  • Strict AFNIC compliance. We operate exclusively through the public post-expiry registration procedure. No grey areas, no opaque setup. If a domain cannot be obtained (collision with another registrar, restoration by the previous holder, legal dispute), no charge is made.
  • Full transparency on fees and timelines. The price displayed is the price paid. No subscription, no hidden fees, no withdrawal charge. Our pricing and our terms are public.
